Glenn is a Realtor with a CRS designation. What does that mean? CRS stands for “Certified Residential Specialist.” Only three percent of agents in the nation reach this designation. To receive a CRS, Realtors must demonstrate outstanding professional achievements, including high-volume sales and pursuing advanced training in areas such as finance, marketing and technology. They must also maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and abide by its Code of Ethics.
He also has the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, which is considered the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria set by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
Glenn is continually and actively working with homebuyers and sellers. He knows the market and is always striving to improve and enhance his client services and production.
Because of his performance and success, Glenn is a member of the ReMax Hall of Fame and ReMax 100% Club. He has been selected as a Twin Cities “Super Real Estate Agent” 15 times. What is a “Super Real Estate Agent”? MSP Communications, the publisher of Twin Cities Business Monthly and Mpls.-St.Paul Magazine, annually surveys recent homebuyers, mortgage companies, and title companies to find the top 3 – 5 percent of real estate agents in Minnesota. Surveys are based on nine areas: communication, integrity, market knowledge, negotiation, marketing the home, closing preparation, overall satisfaction, and finding the right home.
